Language Access Plan

Public Comment: Language Access Plan

The Nevada Division of Minerals invites constituents to review and provide feedback on its draft 2026 Language Access Plan.

The Division is updating its plan, as required every two years under Senate Bill 318 (2021). The plan outlines how the Division provides meaningful access to information and services for individuals with limited English proficiency.

The public comment period is open from July 1 – July 31, 2026. Feedback will be used to inform revisions to the plan prior to final submission.

The Nevada Division of Minerals intends to take all reasonable steps to provide individuals with meaningful access to its services and programs. The Division seeks to reduce barriers by increasing its capacity to deliver services to constituents in their preferred languages.
